AUTHORITY: North Dakota Century Code 54-23.4, North Dakota Administrative Code 94-03

COMPLETION: Is voluntary but is required if requesting Crime Victim Compensation. Information on this form is exempt from disclosure under North Dakota Century Code 54-23.4-17.

Applicants should understand that filing false information is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by a $3000 fine and/or 360 days imprisonment.

January to June 2025 Empowered Voices Grant 

Introducing the Empowered Voices Grant offered by the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation!

The Empowered Voices grant is designed to support organizations that provide critical services to victims and survivors of violence, abuse, and trauma.  Existing Sub-recipients of the current FY25 Federal VOCA Award are ineligible to apply for the Empowered Voices grant. 

Applications must be submitted through COSMOS. 

The solicitation is open from December 6, 2024 through December 27, 2024 at noon.
