COMPLETION: Is voluntary but is required if requesting Crime Victim Compensation. Information on this form is exempt from disclosure under North Dakota Century Code 54-23.4-17.

Applicants should understand that filing false information is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by a $3000 fine and/or 360 days imprisonment.

July to December 2025 Legendary Empowerment Grant

We are thrilled to announce the Legendary Empowerment Grant, a groundbreaking initiative designed to revolutionize the way agencies across the state of North Dakota support and assist victims of crime. A total of $100,000 will be awarded through the Legendary Empowerment Grant and the number of award recipients will depend on the quality and quantity of submissions received. 

We are seeking proposals from agencies that have visionary and tangible ideas for enhancing the services provided to crime victims. We encourage applicants to think outside the box and propose novel approaches that have the potential to make a significant impact. Imagine the possibilities if your agency were granted an additional $10,000 to $20,000 in discretionary funds – what transformative changes could you bring about in the lives of victims? 

Applications must be submitted through COSMOS. 

The solicitation is open from April 1, 2025 through April 18, 2025 at noon.
