AUTHORITY: North Dakota Century Code 54-23.4, North Dakota Administrative Code 94-03
COMPLETION: Is voluntary but is required if requesting Crime Victim Compensation. Information on this form is exempt from disclosure under North Dakota Century Code 54-23.4-17.
Applicants should understand that filing false information is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by a $3000 fine and/or 360 days imprisonment.

July to December 2024 Legendary Empowerment Grant
Introducing the Legendary Empowerment Grant offered by the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation! A groundbreaking initiative designed to revolutionize the way agencies across the state of North Dakota support and assist victims of crime. This grant will replace the Crime Victims Account Grant (CVA) and aims to inspire creativity and innovation in improving outcomes for those affected by crime.
The July-Dec 2024 LEG grant is being solicited as a competitive grant. Up to ten (10) awards with minimum amount of $10,000 up to $20,000 maximum to be awarded. LEG funding cannot be used for salary or fringe. Preference will be given to those proposals of $20,000 grant awards.
Applications must be submitted through COSMOS.
The solicitation is open from April 1, 2024 through April 19, 2024 at noon.
